2026 Education & Research Awards
Recognizing outstanding contributions to biochemistry and molecular biology in the Philippines.
Eligibility: Nominees must have been a PSBMB member for at least the past 5 years,
with all membership fees fully paid for that period.
PSBMB Education Award
For significant contributions to biochemical and molecular biology education in the Philippines.
PSBMB Achievement Award in Research
For significant contributions to scientific knowledge in biochemistry and/or molecular biology.
Step-by-Step Submission Instructions
- Download, complete, and sign the Nomination Form (PSBMB Form No. 7). Download the form directly here. Both the nominator and the nominee must sign it.

Compile ONE single PDF file containing:
- The complete and signed Nomination Form (PSBMB Form No. 7)
- Reference / Curriculum Vitae of the nominee
- A statement of the nominee's significant contributions to biochemical/molecular biology education (Education Award) OR to scientific research (Achievement Award)

Name the file exactly:
2026_PSBMB_(Education or Research)Award_Nominee Surname.pdf -
Prepare required details for the Google Form. A Gmail address is required to access and submit the form. You will need:
- Your email address and selected Award Category (Education or Research)
- Nominee details: title, last/given/middle name, mailing address, contact number, email, PSBMB membership number, and PSBMB chapter
- Nominator details: the same set of fields
- The compiled PDF file from Step 2
- Submit the online form. Access and fill out the PSBMB 2026 Education and Research Awards Google Form. Double-check the file name format and verify that both signatures are present on the Nomination Form before submitting.

Winners will be announced on the PSBMB website on October 30, 2026.
