An extended abstract must have a maximum of 1000 words, three figures and/or tables, and five references. Extended abstracts must contain new data that has not been presented elsewhere.
Abstracts must be written in English using either MS Word (.docx) or Rich Text Format (.rtf). The document should be prepared on an A4-sized template with 1-inch margins on all sides.
The paper’s title must be written in bold, all capital letters, and centered on the page.
The text should be in Arial font, single-spaced, and justified paragraphs. Put a double space between paragraphs.
The abstract must include the following sections: introduction, objectives, and major findings.
The author(s) name(s) should be centered, placed one line below the title, with the presenter’s name underlined.
The affiliation(s) of the author(s) must be centered and placed one line below the author name(s). If there are multiple authors with different affiliations, use superscript numbers (e.g., ¹, ²) to indicate corresponding affiliations.
